Look at us!  We got groomed today but drove Mom nearly crazy.

Lunch at Grunts Bar & Grill

So this past Sunday, The Handsome Captain™ went “practice-fishing” in preparation for the upcoming World Sailfish Tournament.  Left to my own devices, Helen of Grand Vin suggested I engage in “practice tasting”. It just so happened that Stephanie from Noble Wine Estates was hosting a tasting where bottles ranged in price from $40-$200 each…at 11am.

Dinner at Banana Café

Not to be confused with last year’s lunch review 🙂  The Handsome Captain™ and I decided on Friday night that we had not been to Banana Cafe in a while so after a glass of wine at Vino’s, we would walk over.   General Manager Extraordinaire Daniel offered us a table upstairs and since we’ve never dined there, gladly accepted.

We were so happy with that choice.

Penn & Kyla’s Weekend Picks: Mar 22

So I’m here, I’m here, I’m here!!!  Okay Kyla is with me too, but she’s going to be pictured second this week.  Mom has trouble fixing our big beautiful faces next to each other, so from hereon in, we get BIG FACE time!

Anyway, there are lots of things going on this weekend, but we like to point out things with a more local flavor.

We’d also like to point out that we don’t think our Mom always uses the most attractive pictures of us.  I look like a Mr. Dog Potato Head with this ginormous head and two little feet!  So what do you like?  Family-friendly ocean festivities? Cuban nightlife? Croquet?

A Prissy St. Patrick’s Day

Published by Miss Prissy on March 17th, 2012 - in Out & About
So despite the fact that our dogs made the St. Patrick’s Day Bar Stroll a “weekend pick” AND yes, it’s to benefit two worthwhile charities…it’s just not my scene.

Instead, there was an appointment

with Miss Charlene at Lady Nails and a cup of Vietnamese coffee with my name on it.  Very few things make Priss happier than pampering.
